Is there a minimum to book the truck?
There is a $500 minimum to book the Roxy’s Ice Cream truck for your event. This helps cover the cost of staffing, supplies, and travel. If total sales do not meet the minimum, the host is responsible for paying the difference.
How far in advance should I book the truck?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Peak seasons and weekends fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
How far does the ice cream truck travel?
We primarily serve the Oklahoma City metro area, but may be able to travel further for larger events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance from our base location.
What happens if it rains or the event is canceled?
We understand that plans change. If your event is canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice, we will work with you to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if rescheduled within the season.
How do I reserve the truck?
